Clean and impressive hotel with good staff and yummy food. Excellent breakfast - 4 star level. Marvellous location in beautiful area, so close to a Taxi costs as well as Terminal 21 or Emporium which is close to the dinosaur park. Nice service, parking onsite. The fast check-in process too.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to provide over the top customer service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The reception staff was courteous and the security at the hotel entrance was proactive and alert. They even provided us with a slip with the taxi number and checked the taxi for any belongings we may have left behind. The housekeeping staff was efficient and the breakfast staff was equally amazing. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was right next to Bangkok Hospital. We could easily walk there in less than 5 minutes, and for my wife who couldn't walk, they even provided a free shuttle and wheelchair service.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

New luxury, value for money as this was opening promo. Big living and kitchenette area, as big as bedroom section. Nice buffet breakfast, library area and great sky terrace with pool rooftop.

The hotel had some decent facilities and the housekeeping staff were good. the location of the hotel was also quite convenient.
The breakfast was not that good and the staff did not seem very interested in helping me. They also overcharged me for my room and were very rude when I asked them about it.

The hotel offered spacious and well-equipped rooms, including a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. The location was convenient and there were many street vendors and restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.
The hotel was located on a street without sidewalks, making it difficult to walk to nearby destinations. some of the facilities, such as the gym and pool, were not as well-maintained as we had hoped for.
